As a Senior Wealth Advisor for Citi Personal Wealth Management, Steven Silber, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional works with high-net-worth families, business owners and professionals to design and implement sophisticated financial strategies, based on objective advice grounded in independence, discretion and deep experience.

Guiding clients through every market cycle since 1998, he focuses on clarity, trust, and results: helping them protect, preserve, and grow wealth while simplifying complexity.

Steven delivers comprehensive financial planning tailored to each client, customized portfolios designed to balance growth, risk management and tax efficiency, and advanced planning that includes retirement, multigenerational family, long-term care, legacy and estate strategies by working with clients' tax and legal advisors.

He joins Citi from Webster Investments. Prior to that, he worked at Sterling Wealth Services, IFMG and Astoria Federal Savings.

Steven has Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and 66 securities licenses and life and health insurance licenses. He also has a CLTC^® (Certification in Long-Term Care).

Fluent in Romanian, he has a B.A. from Brooklyn College (CUNY).

Steven, who lives in Long Island with his wife Marietta and two children, enjoys exploring global cuisines and experimenting in the kitchen. He is also an avid reader, with a particular love for science fiction.
