About Stanley Toy

As a Senior Wealth Advisor for Citi Personal Wealth Management, Stanley Toy is committed to focusing on creating and updating a comprehensive financial plan that incorporates each client’s different views of the markets.

With over 12 years of experience as an advisor, Stanley takes the time to understand each client’s financial priorities for creating and implementing strategies in areas such as retirement planning, portfolio management, and insurance and wealth transfer.

He also works with a Wealth Relationship Manager to introduce individual and small-business clients to Citi’s comprehensive banking products and services, including savings, mortgage lending and commercial banking.

Stanley, who joined Citi from J.P. Morgan Securities, has Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and a life insurance license.

Fluent in Cantonese, he has a B.A. in economics from San Francisco State University.

Married with two sons, Stanley enjoys diverse activities, from dancing to watching Sci-fi and horror movies to building Lego sets.
