About Juan L. Arana

As a Senior Wealth Advisor for Citi Personal Wealth Management, Juan Arana offers clients a comprehensive skill set in all aspects related to wealth management, spanning portfolio management, fixed income trading and financial planning. Leveraging 18 years of experience in capital markets, he constructs portfolios tailored to investors' financial goals.

Before becoming an advisor, Juan worked at Citi as the Team Lead for the Investment Lab, a portfolio analytics unit covering the Citigold/Citigold Private Client segment in North America. He supported the wealth advisor population in all aspects related to investments and client portfolio construction.

Juan developed a proficiency in Latin America fixed income as part of Citi’s International Personal Bank unit, a wealth management segment focused on Latin America.

His leadership roles range from being a keynote speaker at Citi client events and internal forums to mentoring new team members.

Prior to joining Citi, Juan worked at various firms, with roles in investment strategy, portfolio management and trading.

Fluent in Spanish, Juan has a B.A. in finance from Florida International University and holds Series 7, 31 and 66 licenses.

He lives in Miami with his wife and son.
