About Heather Vanessa Serna

As a Senior Wealth Advisor for Citi Personal Wealth Management, Heather Serna manages assets for individuals, trusts, retirement plans, charitable organizations, and businesses. Through a long-term investment approach, she helps clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals.

Her mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance – with the highest level of professional service – in building and preserving wealth for her clients. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Heather works with clients to create and update financial plans. She earned this designation by completing approved education programs, passing rigorous examinations, and meeting stringent experience requirements.

In particular. Heather can work with a client to choose retirement income strategies that may help them maintain flexibility and control of the principal, grow the principal and increase the income, or have enough income to last the rest of their life.

As part of a client’s Wealth Team, Heather works with a Wealth Relationship Manager to address banking and lending needs.

Prior to her current role, she worked at Wells Fargo Advisors, Morgan Stanley and Citibank.

Heather holds two bachelor’s degrees - one in international business and the other in management, from the Florida International University.
