With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, Celine has been dedicated to serving clients at Citi since 2003. Throughout her tenure, she has guided clients with steadfast commitment and experience through both challenging and prosperous market environments.

Celine specializes in working with high-net-worth individuals and families, offering a comprehensive suite of wealth management services. With financial planning as the cornerstone of her practice, she develops customized strategies designed to help clients achieve their unique goals. Celine implements these strategies through the thoughtful application of managed programs, alternative investments, private equity, structured products, exchange funds, insurance, annuities, along with working with a client's tax and legal advisors on tax and estate planning solutions.

Celine is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Sun Yat-sen University, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts, and executive certifications from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
